CTAboi’s mission is to help small business owners understand and comply with the Corporate Transparency Act by providing an intuitive and secure solution for Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting.
CTAboi ™ is a subsidiary of IncNow®, a Delaware based incorporation service and registered agent for over 20,000 businesses. The IncNow team created CTAboi as part of their ongoing commitment to helping their customers maintain their businesses. Now, CTAboi shares this commitment to service with over 30 million business owners who need to comply with the CTA.
CTAboi, a public benefit series LLC, is benefiting education, the arts, and the environment in the Delaware Valley. The CTAboi team believes it is making the world a better place one BOI Report at a time.
Our Team
John L. Williams, Esq., CTAboi’s President and a 10.0 AVVO-rated lawyer with over 20 years practicing law in the Court of Chancery and business transactions. John has been tracking various prior iterations of beneficial ownership legislation since 2008.
John’s father, David Nicol Williams, Esq., is CTAboi’s vice president. David founded IncNow and The Williams Law Firm, P.A. in 1974 and was the first tax lawyer in Delaware. He passed the Delaware Bar in 1960, signed the Certification Incorporation to form the Delaware State Bar Association, and is still practicing law at 88 years of age. The Williams Law Firm, P.A. is now a top AV-rated law firm by the Martindale-Hubbell law directory.
Aaron Harburg, Esq. is an attorney and certified privacy professional for the U.S. (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), helping oversee the development of CTAboi.
CTAboi also has a knowledgeable team of corporate filing experts, plus full-time in-house software developers. This team spent the better part of 2023 creating the CTAboi brand, website, and reporting tool to serve you.
